First negative feedback!

After about a year and approximately 400 sales on ebay my shiny 100% rating has been forever tarnished to the depths of 99.6%! 

So what happened, unfortunately they decided the coin they ordered should show up after a certain period of time and when it didn't they left feedback without checking anything.

They didn't receive the coin because they hadn't paid for it!

oops! I'm going to call it an honest mistake as the ebayer only has 20 transactions (and there was no attempt to scam me)

...but for future reference, if you want the merchandise you gotta "Show me the money!"

There's no intention with this to be nasty, but I felt I had to create some sort of response to explain to people why I have a negative rating.
